Dry, sand dune zone ECOLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS/ JUSTIFICATIONS

Dry, Uper or central sandune (Residental areas)
Tri Viet - Qudos is located in a dry-sandune zone. The ecological
concern is to match site conditions, with vegetation adapted to these
conditions; doing so will greatly reduce maintenance requirements
and water demand (and costs).

SITE IDENTITIES OF OLD AND NEW HOI AN:
+ the attraction of the Tri Viet - Qudos site eminates from nature (i.e. landscape); the dune system, its vegetation
and the ocean.
+ the logical design starting point are the patterns observed within the landscape.

Nghệ thuật đất sẽ là một lựa chọn tốt đối với các công trình cảnh
quan nhằm thu hút khách du lịch cũng như tạo giá trị cảnh quan cho
khu vực Tri Việt. Có 2 cách: một là các công trình nghệ thuật cảnh
quan tạp sẵn/cố định trên đất và hai là tổ chức các sự kiện nghệ
thuật sắp đặt các công trình trên đất nhằm thu hút sự quan tâm của
công chúng.
