purposes (hereinafter referred to as ‘legitimate interest’

✔ Credit Evaluation

✔ Credit Review

✔ Credit Monitoring

✔ Debt Recovery purposes

✔ Legal documentation consequent to a contract or facility granted by you

ii. You may use the monitoring applications of the said Agencies and obtain new information and updates on me/us as long as the any of
the above mentioned legitimate interest exists.
iii. You may disclose any information about the conduct of my/our account to the said Agencies at any time and the said Agencies may in
their course of their business provide the same to the subscribers of their service.
