4. (a) Assume that you are Rahim / Rashmi Joshi, Team Lead, Unisoft Technologies
Pvt. Ltd. Recently you attended a Short - Term Training Programme on latest
developments in Data Structures. Draft a short trip report on the above -
mentioned training in the correct report format. 10(CO3)

(b) You are Manager of Urja Solar Equipment Manufacturing Company. Draft
a notice for the seventh Executive Committee meeting for the employees
and stakeholders of the Company. Also, draft the agenda for the mentioned
meeting. One of the agendas of the meeting should be opening a manufacturing
unit at a new location. 10(CO3)

5. (a) In a survey, adults were asked whether they are personally worried about
a variety of environmental concerns. The numbers (out of 1,012 surveyed)
who responded that they are worried "a great deal" about some selected
concerns, are summarized below.

(b) Garima is financial planner to Kevin George. After few discussions with
him, she did the portfolio allocations and wrote the following to Kevin :

After reviewing your financial situation and considering your lifestyle,

you should consider reallocating your assets in the following way. Put
Rs. 1,11,11,000 in annuity, Rs. 7,80,000 in individual retirement account
IRA, Rs. 4,50,000 in stock fund, Rs. 4,20,000 in Public Provident
Fund (PPF) and Rs. 3,50,000 in mutual funds. This allows you to
have higher overall rate of return and yet remain almost risk free
in regards of your capital.
