Australian Energy Regulator (AER).

This Night Saver EV Plan plan is 23% less than the current Reference Price. The amount shown includes credits but
excludes solar feed-in tariffs. The estimated annual cost is $1965.88.

The estimate and Reference Price comparison is based on a residential customer on a Single Rate and Controlled Load
1 tariff in the Ausgrid distribution area who uses 6818 kWh per year. Depending on your usage, your annual cost could
be significantly different.

• In order to receive an AGL solar feed-in tariff, you must satisfy (and continue to satisfy) the eligibility criteria set out in our Solar
Feed-in Terms. Here is a summary of the key eligibility criteria:
• Capacity: the inverter capacity of your solar system must not exceed (or it must be export limited to) 10kW.
• Government scheme: you must not be receiving a feed-in-tariff under any government scheme.
• Solar feed-in tariffs are variable and can change with notice to you at any time.
• We may stop paying you an AGL solar feed-in-tariff if you no longer satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in our Solar Feed-in
Terms.
• You may see a fee for this change to your meter on your next energy bill.
