1. What do you believe about education?

Affirm risk-taking- feel safe in trying new things. I always believe that
education are always the key parts of someones future but once we dig, we
realized that fair isn’t always equal. Grading practices represent what we
believe about teaching and learning. It is important that they align with our
vision for differentiated instruction. Schools should never be a place where
students who learn differently from their classmates-in pace, style, method or
tool-are made to suffer for that difference.
