ARTICLE 1596. Where the buyer wrongfully neglects or

nonacceptance. The measure of damages is the
estimated loss directly and naturally resulting in the
ordinary course of events from the buyer's breach of
contract.

You can file an action for damages on the basis of your client’s
failure to accept and pay for the products ordered from you. The
amount of damages that can be recovered is computed on the
basis of the natural and direct loss that resulted from your
client’s failure to accept the product.
