The implementation of "Project Values Voyage" has resulted in a transformative

impact on the school's disciplinary landscape, marked by an outstanding 82.86%

decrease in policy violations from September 2023 to December 2023. This

achievement is indicative of the project's effectiveness in fostering a culture of

values among students. Examining the monthly data reveals a remarkable

progression: September, initially characterized by 105 violations, witnessed a

significant decrease to 79 in October. This positive trend continued into

November, with a further decrease to 48, culminating in an impressive final tally

of only 18 violations in December. The success of the project in curbing policy

violations does not only reflect its immediate impact, but also highlights a

sustainable shift towards a more disciplined and values-oriented school

community.

2. The "Project Values Voyage" is a beacon of commitment to cultivating a values-

oriented educational environment through the implementation of four key

Department of Education (DepEd) policies. These policies, strategically

incorporated into the school framework, aim to instill and foster Filipino values

among students and staff alike.

The successful implementation of “SM No. 29 Integration of Filipino

Values in Teaching” has achieved its objectives by seamlessly integrating Filipino

values into lessons, aligning with the Matatag Curriculum's emphasis on values

formation, and strengthening the school's collective efforts in developing values

among learners. This collaborative approach underscores a strong commitment

within the school community, indicating a significant effort to cultivate a values-

driven educational environment that prepares students for academic success and

responsible citizenship.

The second policy, SM No. 30, provides comprehensive guidelines on the

“Flag Raising Ceremony and the Integration of Value Cluster for Ethical Themes.”

By incorporating ethical themes into such a significant school ceremony, the

initiative seeks to reinforce the importance of moral principles and national pride

among the student body.

“SM No. 31 School Watching Checklist” has attained its objectives by

engaging learners in disaster preparedness, increasing their participation in

addressing potential disasters to reduce susceptibilities, and inculcating the

culture of Makakalikasan, Masinop, and Matipid in their day-to-day experiences

at school. This initiative does not only provide essential knowledge and enhances

a sense of responsibility in students for disaster response, but also promotes a

sustainable and mindful lifestyle, aligning with broader social values. The School

Watching Checklist has proved to be a comprehensive and proactive tool in

fostering a proactive and environmentally conscious school community.

Lastly, “SM No. 33 Observance of Filipino Values Month Celebration” has

accomplished its objectives by commemorating Filipino Values Month through

several contest activities that promote Good Manners and Right Conduct

(GMRC), peace, and values education. This initiative did not only observe the

significance of Filipino values but also raised awareness among students about

the crucial role of GMRC, peace, and values in shaping a better future. The

celebration, characterized by active student involvement, serves as a

multifaceted platform for fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for

these essential virtues within the school community.

3. The implementation of "Project Values Voyage" has demonstrated remarkable

results in enhancing stakeholders' involvement and support for various school

activities aimed at promoting Filipino values. The initiatives undertaken during

this project include the conduct of the Filipino Values Month and the Violence

Against Women and Children Parade. These events have not only been a

platform for raising awareness, but have also facilitated greater participation from

parents, teachers, and students alike.

Furthermore, the commitment signing of parents and the Family

Development Session titled "Journey Towards Effective Parenting" have been a

crucial element in fostering a sense of responsibility and shared commitment

among families. This collaborative effort has significantly contributed to the

overall improvement of the school environment, fostering an atmosphere

conducive to the holistic development of the learners.

In a demonstration of the value of Malasakit, the Supreme Secondary

Learners' Government organized a gift-giving initiative, accumulating a generous

donation of 7,200 pesos. This act of kindness reflects not only the financial

support garnered but also the embodiment of the spirit of compassion and

concern for others within the school community.

Additionally, the implementation of the Adopt-a-Learner Program has been

highly successful, obtaining 9,000 pesos in donations from various stakeholders.

This financial assistance has impacted the lives of learners, highlighting the

community's commitment to providing support and guidance to each student.

Lastly, the strategic placement of signages throughout the school

premises, designed to impart values formation, has contributed to a positive and

values-driven atmosphere. These signages provide constant reminders of the

principles that lead to the school community, fostering a culture that values

integrity, respect, and responsibility. The comprehensive approach of "Project

Values Voyage" has not only strengthened the foundation of Filipino values within

the school but has also created a sense of unity and shared responsibility among

its stakeholders.
