REMINDER

2. Please refer to the final examination timetable if there are any discrepancies in the information provided.
3. The examination slip is an official document of the University. THE CANDIDATE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM MAKING ANY NOTATIONS
ON ANY PART OF THIS SLIP.
4. Candidates are not allowed to bring into the examination hall electronic dictionaries, any electronic/communication gadgets, any bags, wallets/purses,
pencil cases, geometrical instrument cases or any other containers/cases. Calculators (without the covers) may be brought into the examination hall if
allowed by the examiner. The use of HANDPHONE and ELECTRONIC DICTIONARY is prohibited during the examination. Candidates may only
bring in pens, pencils and any authorized writing materials. Handphones are allowed to bring in but MUST BE SWITCHED OFF / IN INACTIVE
MODE and placed in the right corner underneath candidates’ desks.

5. If a candidate is found to have copied/cheated or to be using any unauthorized materials including blank papers or notebooks, disciplinary action will be
taken against the candidate. Candidates suspected of copying/cheating can be expelled from the University.
6. Students who are eligible to graduate based on this semester's examination results may obtain the letter of 'Confirmation of Graduation' and 'Eligible to
Graduate' through graduan.usm.my website as soon as they have been given the graduation status in the CampusOnline portal.
7. All students including those in their final year can obtain their Semgred (examination results) from the CampusOnline portal.

CANDIDATES CAUGHT COPYING/CHEATING IN THE EXAMINATION AND FOUND GUILTY MAY BE EXPELLED FROM THEIR STUDIES
IN USM.
