CREAMY UBE EGG TART

INGREDIENTS:

TART CRUST:
150g Butter, softened
4tbsp sugar
1 large egg or 2 yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour, sifted

CUSTARD FILLING:
150ml Hot water
3/4cup sugar
4 large eggs
50 ml ube evaporated milk
1tsp vanilla extract

PROCEDURE:

Crust:
1.Mash the butter and add 4 tbsp of sugar and mix it until the sugar dissolved
2. Add 1 egg or 2 yolks and mix it well and add 1tbsp vanilla
3. Add 2 cups of flour and mix until form a crumbs
4.transfer in a cling wrap and chill the dough for 30 minutes
5. With your tart molder brush it with oil
6. Fill molder with dough, press at the bottom and around the sides and trim off excess
7. Poke the Doug with a fork chill Dough at least 20 minutes, before using.
Custard mixture:
1.Stir 3/4 cup sugar in 150ml hot water
2. Beat 4 large eggs
3. Add sugar syrup mixture
4. Add 50 ml of ube condensed milk and 1tsp vanilla and mix well
5. strain custard mixture
6.fill the tarts almost full
7. Preheat the pan and cook the tart for 25-30 minutes.
8. And for the last touch, add some quick melt cheese on top (optional)
