TILTING MACHINE Subject: Propose mechanical, hydraulic and controls modification of Tilting Machine Objective: To prevent frequent down of the unit every use during loading of risen, FREQUENT PROBLEM ENCOUNTER DURING MACHINE OPERATION 1. Central alarm ( main cause is signal of 4 locking mechanism malfunction due to stock up lock pin) 2. Unbalance 4 lifting cylinder (main cause is centralize hydraulic distribution and use only 1 directional valve which is very hard to control balance distribution of oil every lifting cylinder) 3. Stock up of 4 locking mechanism due to container van lock hole deformed. ayTILTING MACHINE PROPOSE COUNTERMEASURE 1. Reduce diameter of 4.lock pin to adopt deformed lock hole of container van. 2. Provision of 4 unit 5/3 way valve for every lifting cylinder including hydraulic manifold, hose and tubing line (use manually operated every lifting cylinder once unbalance lifting encounter and return to auto/centralize control). 3. Replacement of 4 unit flow control valve for lifting down. 4. Provision of manual 4 push button up/down of 4 lifting cylinder including modification of PLC program. 5. Need individual evaluation of 4 lifting cylinder and conduct after modification for easy tracing of internal leakage.
