Field Operator Ethylene Department Has Resposibility to maintain operation condition to run

maximally and safely in producing main product such as ethylene and prophylene by cracking naphta
in furnace and separate it in fractionation tower. There are a lot of variable which have to control
such as life time of furnace before decoking series, chiller system, compression system, and reactor
for hydration reaction to control quality and quantity of product. We need to take sample of product
and feed to control the quality of product and define the next action. For example, character of
naphta feed will define such as chemical injection to reduce coke rate in furnace coil, coil outlet
temperature which affect quality and quantity of product. Beside that, we also do patroll and
logging.
