Crafting an essay on the topic "Essay About Literature Example" poses its own set of challenges,
requiring a delicate balance between analysis, creativity, and effective communication. The difficulty
lies in navigating the vast realm of literature to select relevant examples, ensuring they aptly represent
the broader themes or concepts under discussion.

One must grapple with the challenge of interpreting literature, extracting meaningful insights, and
articulating them in a coherent manner. Additionally, the essay's success hinges on the writer's ability
to seamlessly integrate critical perspectives, avoiding the pitfall of mere summary. Striking the right
balance between personal interpretation and scholarly analysis adds another layer of complexity.

The need for a strong thesis statement to guide the essay further complicates the task. Crafting a

Algebra Assessment
Traditionally, at the beginning of every school year in Algebra, my co teachers and I
assess our incoming freshman with a no calculator, diagnostic assessment consisting of
25 problems that covers the basic mathematical skills. Unfortunately, the averages have
been consistently around 29% for the last four years. Although this assessment does not
count towards the student s grade and we utilize this assessment to identify areas of
weaknesses in our students, since they are coming from three sending districts, many of
them are upset with their scores, which starts their year off in a negative connotation. In
fact, the students cannot use a calculator for the first two chapters. If it were in my
control, I would allow my students to utilizer... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Previously, my students were provided with fill in the blank notes for the first six weeks
of school, and then they read the sections and took their own notes without prior
examples. This process does not actually demonstrate to our students how to outline the
chapter sections; therefore my co teachers and I ought to change our instructional plan.
After some discussion, we decided to create outline fill in the blank notes, but in outline
form including titles, subtitles, and bullets. By demonstrating to our students the
expectations of outlining a section and the process of outlining, we provide them with
the skills to eventually complete them independently proactively supporting our students
not just in Biology, but in their other academic classes also. After four to six weeks
depending on our students progress, we will withdraw this support and require our
students to outline on their
Frederick Douglass And Obama Comparison
Great Leaders of the past, present, and the future Countless have said that all men were
created equal, but what about the prodigious black men of all time. Were King,
Douglass, and Obama all created equal, or were these men chosen to be predestined for
greatness? What constitutes greatness in politics? Names that come readily to mind, like
Martin Luther King, Jr., Frederick Douglass, and Barack Obama, are those who rose to
inspire their countries in times of turmoil and change; so it seems that circumstances are
just as important as character. Their personal characteristics, and even morals, differed
widely but they were able to anticipate and articulate their nations needs and aspirations.

Douglass s courage, intellectual honesty and independence propelled him from slave
to orator, editor and intellectual leader. Average leaders focus on results, and that s it.
Good leaders focus also on the actions that will get the results. And great leaders focus,
in addition, on the reactions that will drive these behaviors. One emotion that shapes
our behavior is anger, and Martin Luther King Jr., knew of the power that came packed
in this emotion. King had reason enough to be aggravated, time and again. He was
physically threatened and attacked by prejudiced people, repeatedly jailed by state
authorities, sometimes on trivial traffic violations, harassed by the FBI, and even
criticized by fellow black leaders who favored more violent forms of resistance. Peter
Ling studies King s leadership role during his fight for harmony and justice and states,
There were many leaders in the civil rights struggle, but Martin Luther King was more
than just the most conspicuous and eloquent among them (Ling). President Barack
Obama, in his State of the Union address, showed the country why he is without question
the best individual to lead this country in this time in our history. He was

Chemical Processes And Its Effects On The Industrial Age
In order to power the industrial age, humans have burned gigantic amounts of coal to
produce any form of power. Coal naturally contains high amounts of sulphur and burning
of coal produces huge amounts of heat and the sulphur present in the coal combines with
the atmospheric oxygen to produce Sulphur Dioxide. The smoke stacks of a power plant
throw out all the waste gases into the atmosphere which contains huge amounts of
Sulphur Dioxide. It is said that thermal power plants are the largest contributor of
Sulphur Dioxide into the atmosphere. It is estimated that more than half of the total
amount of Sulphur Dioxide generated in the atmosphere comes directly from thermal
power plants that run on coal.
Another anthropological source of Sulphur Dioxide gas as a pollutant is from paper
production. The paper mills that produce pulp wood through a chemical process,
normally combust their spent pulping liquor in a combustion unit. The most widely
used chemical processes are Kraft Pulping process, Sulphite Pulping and Neutral
Sulphite Semi Chemical Pulping (NSSC Pulping). Among these, Kraft Pulping process
is the most widely used process as it can be used to make strong and durable paper
products. This process consists of digestion of wood, or any other cellulite substance in a
solution of sodium sulphite and sodium hydroxide, the waste products of which produce
harmful pollutants including sulphur compounds. Sulphite Pulping and NSSC Pulping
produce paper for the printing industry

Hawthorne s Background Thrust into His Work

With most writers, readers can identify what topics they tend to write about, how long
their pieces often are, and what personal style these authors develop. While this is true of
author Nathaniel Hawthorne, there are different elements that influence his writings. His
life included many times of trials, many joys, and many ancestors that caused some
turmoil within his mind. Two of his major works are influenced almost directly by his
background (Werlock). Nathaniel Hawthorne threw his life into every single piece of his
writing. His experiences, background, and the setting in which his life took place are

From these Puritan ancestors, Hawthorne finds his many constant themes and motifs.
Hawthorne had a fascination with religion, sin and redemption, sin and knowledge,
night verses day, and the nature of evil all of which are present in The Scarlet Letter
(Thalheimer). After being found guilty of adultery, Hester is forced to wear a scarlet
letter A on her clothing as a public sign of shame. Her long lost husband, now under a
new name to remain unknown, reappears after being presumed lost at sea. With
revenge on his mind, a drama explodes around Hester. Over many years, her lover
Dimmesdale falls ill and the new town physician Chillingsworth spends many hours by
his bedside, only to start believing that Arthur is the father of Pearl, Hester s out of
wedlock child. When pleading with Dimmesdale, Hester begs him to leave for Europe
so that they can start a new life together. This plan fails when Hester discovers that
Chillingsworth is also to be a passenger. Eventually, Dimmesdale dies in Hester s arms,
and losing an opportunity at revenge, Chillingsworth dies shortly after. With a large
amount of money left to her, Pearl and her mother relocate to Europe to start a new life
(Hawthorne). Hawthorne couldn t hold a job for long, and with Sophia s health, she
couldn t help much. To make it a better environment for her husband to write, the artist
