The Importance Of Natural Resources In Egypt
Natural Resources
The only reason that Egypt has survived over their long history has been because of
the Nile River. The Nile has provided a long strip of fertile land throughout Egypt
moving nearly 88 billion cubic Meters of water each year. As 90% of water used in the
country comes from the Nile its clear to say no country relies so heavily on a single
river. There is a huge flaw there though; they share the river with another country called
Ethiopia. Ethiopia fills a reservoir that can hold 74 Billion cubic Meters of water. You
do the math that leaves only 14 billion cubic meters of water flow for Egypt who is
already on the edge of dehydration. The amount of water left for each citizen without
the reservoir is 660 cubic meters per year. If Ethiopia were to take this water from
Egypt the country would go into a phases where they are all without water. While
everyone is worried about having a cold drink of water they will forget to share with
their crops and the crops will dry out. Being that 30% of Egyptians are farmers their
crop yield will drop immensely. From there all of the Livestock will die from
starvation because of the lack of food and Egypt will be considered a third world
Country. Besides the water issues Egypt is thriving in other natural resources their gas is
exports is honestly the only thing keeping them afloat. Natural Gasses are their main
export and since their country is only farmable around the Nile there isn t much else the
country has to offer.
Elizabeth Proctor Characteristics
Elizabeth Proctor He have his goodness now. God forbid I take it from him now!
Elizabeth Proctor said this at the end of The Crucible when her husband John Proctor
goes to hang. Elizabeth a very honest and loving mother of three boys, and wife to John
Proctor. She was also a very religious person that would never lie. The personality of
Elizabeth Proctoris very similar to mine because we both portray the traits of being
quiet, caring, and a pushover. Elizabeth Proctor and myself both associate with being
quiet. The way Elizabeth shows how she is quiet is when she is talking to her
husband. When she found out about her husband having an affair with Abigail
Williams she kept a cold house, barely speaking more than one word to him. A time I
kept to myself was when I went to county chorus. The first day I didn t stray far from
the people I knew even though there were a ton of new people I could talk to. Another
time was when I didn t have enough confidence to talk to a cute guy I saw at the store.
I was way to shy to go up to him so I missed my chance to talk to him and possibly get
his number. Both myself and Elizabeth exhibit the trait of being quiet.... Show more

When Elizabeth got to talk to her husband John to try and talk him into confessing to
witchcraft, she show d him how much she cared about him even after everything that
s happened. She had told him that she supported him with whatever decision he made.
The way that I m a caring person is that I m a good listener. Any time I know one of my
friends is upset I will call them or sit down and talk with them letting them spill
everything that s on their mind and I ll sit there and listen to all of it, not judging at all.
Another way I m caring is that I always put other people before myself. On my birthday
my friend was upset so I spent the day with her and we went to the movies then walked
around the mall. The common trait between myself and Elizabeth Proctor is
Immigration Laws In America
There is a big problem these days and it is immigration. There are estimated 11.4 million
unauthorized immigrants in the U.S. Immigration is the act of moving from one country
or region to another for the purpose of settling there permanently. America s Immigration
laws need to change. Immigration laws today are not strict how they should be.

There is the right way to come into the United States and there is a wrong way. Back then
Immigration wasn t a huge thing but now a days it s harder to get allowed in so people
sneak into the U.S. If someone want s to come into the U.S they should have to and
get approved to come into the U.S instead of trying to sneak in. It is unfair for people
who are trying to come into the U.S the right way. Immigration is a popular topic right
now especially because Donald Trump is now President of United States of America.
People who are citizen get jobs taken away from them because illegal immigrants come
in and work for low wage. They should change the law to if you want to come into the
U.S you should have to take the naturalization test and be able to speak english. For the
number of illegal immigrants maybe as high as 20 million people in the United States
that s almost double the official estimates of 11.1 million of the March 2005 Current
Population Survey. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

U.s. R And D Industrial Policy
U.S. R D Industrial Policy While the United States touts free market policies as main
guiding principles, U.S. policy makers have actively used research and development (R
D) industrial policies to maintain and grow the U.S. economy. There are two types of R
D, also known as research and experimentation (R E), funding models; one is direct
federal research dollars given to industry, typically for basic research, and the other in the
use of taxcredits for R D activities. Tax credit policies began in 1981 as part of the
Economic Recovery Tax Act (Talley, 2011). The U.S. has long funded R D, however
this funding has steadily decreased with the total in 1976 of just over 1.2% of GDP
with dropping below .8% of GDP in 2014 (AAAS, 2014a). As of 2013, South Korea,
Finland, Japan, Taiwan, and Germany all outspend the U.S. on direct R D funding
relative to GDP (AAAS, 2014b). The IMF and OECD indicate that R D tax credits are a
main growth strategy for the G 20 nations (IMF, 2014). This research topics explores how
the United Statesdomestic industrial policies supporting research and development
influence business and entrepreneurial behaviors within the U.S., which industries has
this benefited the most, overall societal impacts of advancements in technology and
automation, and finally how this supports comparative advantage for the United States as
well as implications for developing nations. The U.S. Congress has funded the R D tax
credit on a continual
Journal From Grapes Of Wrath
Dearest journal,

I am the resurrection and the life, saith the Lord: he that believeth in me, though he
were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me, shall never die,
(pg. 389) is a phrase my father and I once said at my dearest mother s funeral. My
faithful father quickly perished and there was only I to say the beloved prayer for
him. I believeth that the best of us go through this sorrow mess, my time is now
awaiting. I am a lone wolf and haveth no one to speak out these words for I. I shall not
waste the lasting moments and speak them out for myself. I have liveth longer than one
has expected. It truly surprises many that I have not taken thy life yet, but today is suited
for the taking of my life. I currently ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I am the force that is undefeated and leads to Server success. My story is short and
concise, My logic is accurate and works. A Jackal is one who will get done the work
the superior force is unable to commit to and get done. A Jackal is one who does not
receive the reward but only accesses the misery of their very life. A Jackal receives its
energy on fruit, similar to myself but I feed on the power of my life, wine. A Jackal is
underestimated and many can not see the talent under the figure. I am the Jackal in
the old Bailey, the crowd sees a careless man glancing at the ceiling but that man
knows declares the justice and provides all the conclusions. The crowd pays attention
to the lion who roars with the response but rarely ever notices the jackal who feeds the
response to the lion. The lion is the boss of the poor jackal, the lion gives its orders to
the jackal and leaves the work all up to the jackal. A jackal is one who never loses
focus and keeps its eyes out on the prize. The concentration going into the Jackals
mind shall not be stopped but must pursue and go exceed the task. On the other hand,
the lion is possessed their special talent, by doing absolutely nothing but focus on the
fire. The lion then claims all the work as its very own and gives little and no credit to the
Jackal. I suppose my figure was born to be a Jackal. I suspect that I will live my life
forever as a Jackal. I suppose I am fine with being a
Galveston Bay Lab Report
Only one method of planktonic sampling was used so comparison with another
method of sampling cannot be done. It is safe to assume that the most appropriate
method of sampling in these areas was previously determined by the lab instructor.
Isolation of organisms in the samples was met with some difficulty as there was very
little life to be observed. Once isolated however, a general identification was simple
with the use of the quick picks section of the Marine Invertebrate Zoology Lab Manual.
One particular organism isolated from the T docks samples, a foraminiferida, was
chosen for scientific drawing (Figure 1). The greatest difficulty met in this experiment
was lack of organisms to sample in the bay water. A likely reason for this is the recent
storm that have reached the area. Hurricane Harvey, originally a category 4 at landfall on
the 25th of August, had a huge impact on Galveston and the surrounding areas. With
record breaking rainfall, tons of freshwater and inland runoff were dumped into the bay
area. Being such an enclosed and diverse habitat near a large human population,
Galveston Bay is very vulnerable to accelerated habitat degradation in comparison to
other estuary like habitats. Studies have suggested that abundance and diversity of both
zooplankton and copepods have a positive correlation... Show more content on

In addition, multiple methods of sampling should be visited to compare results and
determine which method produces a greater diversity in organisms. Research into the
relationship between strong tropical storms and zooplankton is very limited, it is
suggested that more studies should be performed for a greater understanding of these
lower trophic levels, especially in light of the recent and rapid climactic
