Crafting an essay on the subject of "Argumentative Essay Examples" is undeniably challenging, as it

demands a nuanced understanding of both the art of argumentation and the ability to effectively
showcase examples. The process begins with meticulous research to gather a diverse range of
compelling examples that support your thesis. This requires sifting through various sources, critically
evaluating their credibility, and selecting examples that not only align with your stance but also
contribute to the overall coherence of your argument.

Once the examples are identified, the next hurdle lies in structuring the essay. Arranging the
examples in a logical sequence and ensuring a smooth flow of arguments is no small feat. Each
example must be seamlessly integrated into the essay, accompanied by well-crafted transitions and an
overarching structure that guides the reader through the persuasive journey.

Furthermore, the challenge extends to maintaining a balanced tone throughout the essay. Striking the
right balance between assertiveness and respect for opposing views is crucial. A successful
argumentative essay not only presents a compelling case for the chosen stance but also acknowledges
and refutes counterarguments with finesse.

In addition to content, the language used plays a pivotal role. The essay must be written with clarity
and precision, avoiding ambiguity and ensuring that each word serves a purpose. Achieving a
coherent and impactful writing style is a demanding task that requires careful consideration of every

The overall difficulty is compounded by the need for thorough editing and proofreading. Ensuring
that the essay is free from grammatical errors, awkward phrasing, and inconsistencies is a time-

Uterine Isolation Essay
Amongst the cases presented in the American Medican Association (AMA) Journal of
Ethics Case Index I have chosen to discuss the one titled The Question of Uterine
Isolation in Catholic Health Care Ethics .
The scenario in summary is as follows: A catholic woman undergoes her fifth Caesarian
section in a catholic hospital. Given that under such circumstances future pregnancies
pose serious risks for both the mother and the child, the surgeon discusses alternatives to
avoiding future pregnancies with the woman, including hormones, condoms, abstinence,
and tube ligation.
How might this scenario play out or impact you in your role as a nurse practitioner?
This is a challenging situation for me as a nurse practitioner and a practicing catholic.
As a catholic, it is difficult to convince a catholic mother to voluntarily stop giving birth
permanently through this method (tubes ligations). Furthermore, the procedure is to be
performed in a catholic hospital.
As a nurse, I understand the severe consequences related to subsequent pregnancies in
this woman who is undergoing a fifth c section. Based on evidence, this woman is at
high risk of uterus rupture leading eventually to death of both her and the baby
(Rozenberg, 2005). ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Under the conditions described in this case, performing a tube ligation would be for the
sole purpose of preventing subsequent pregnancies. The procedure would therefore be
considered an intentional direct sterilization. In addition, it would be illegal to perform
this procedure at this point. In fact, the law requires full informed consent followed by a
waiting period of 30 days or at least 72 hours in the case of emergency surgery or
premature delivery (U.S. Department of Health Human Services, 2016). Furthermore,
performing tubal legation, would be against catholic teaching as the purpose is to prevent
future procreation and nothing
The Death Of The River Bridge
In the community where I grew up folks didn t read the News Paper to find out what
folks had done. They already knew that from the party line. They read the News Paper to
find out if they got caught.
I don t remember reading this story in the News Paper, but everybody knew about it
anyway. There was a young man driving along a lonely, dark and narrow road just north
of town one night. As the road approached the river bridge, there was a slight turn in the
road. The boy failed to make the curve and his automobile plunged into the river.
Shortly, another vehicle came into view and as it rounded the curve, the driver saw the
half submerged automobile. He stopped, jumped into the river and after quite a struggle
he freed the young man, and saved his life.
A few weeks later that same young man was taken before the court judge and charged
with a very serious crime. To the young man s amazement, the judge was the same man
who had saved his life at the river that night.
After the charges were made, the judge asks the young man, Do you have anything to
say for yourself? The young man said, Sir, you can t condemn me to die, because you are
the one who saved my life just a few weeks ago when you pulled me from the river. The
judge said, Son, on that day I was your savior, today I am your judge.
I wanted to tell that story so I could remind you of another Savior and Judge; the Lord
Jesus Christ.
The Lord is gentle and kind. (James 3:17). He is all loving (Eph. 5:25)

PSYCHOANALYTIC PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT

The Psychoanalytic Theories of Freud, Jung, and Adler contributed so much to
psychology as we know it today. As developers of the theory of personality involving the
id, ego, and superego, which led to the therapy method known as psychoanalysis, Freud,
Jung and Adler shared many ideas and fought over many concepts in developing each of
their versions of what became the beginning of psychotherapy. These three scientists
came up with the fledgling ideation that led to many modern theories of human behavior,
thought, and personality. Most psychologists recognize these three as the pioneers of

He called this struggle a striving for superiority, and like Freud s Eros and Thanatos,
he saw this as the driving force behind all human thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
(All Psych and Heffner 2011). Adler believed that the order in which you are born to a
family inherently affects your personality. Alder believed first born children who later
have younger siblings may have it the worst. These children are given excessive
attention and pampering by their parents until that fateful day when the little brother or
sister arrives. Suddenly they are no longer the center of attention and fall into the
shadows wondering why everything changed. Middle born children may have it the
easiest, Adler believed that middle children have a high need for superiority and are
often able to seek it out such as through healthy competition. The youngest children,
like the first born may be more likely to experience personality problems later in life.
This is the child who grows up knowing that he has the least amount of power in the
whole family. This could leave the youngest child with a sense that he cannot take on
the world alone and will always be inferior to others (The Science and Practice of
Clinical Psychology, 2007).
It is Freud s belief that personality develops through a series of childhood stages during
which the pleasure seeking energies of the id become focused on certain erogenous areas.

Essay On Real Estate Agent
Being a successful real estate agent is no simple task. There are literally hundreds of
things on a real estate listing checklist, encompassing everything from getting a listing
agreement, to scheduling termite inspections, to home staging. Being a success in real
estate means not only staying on top of the myriad of tasks required to list a property,
but also creating an all star team of professionals that you rely on to help you get more
homes sold. Because homes that are staged receive offers much faster, the most
successful real estateagents hire professional home staging experts.

Furthermore, Kim s staged home received multiple offers while the other two listings
received only one, very low offer between the two.

Another Success Story from Staging Homes to Sell

Stacy is a good real estate agent in Raleigh, NC who signed a listing agreement for a
home whose comparable houses averaged 116 days on the market. Like most realtors,
Stacy was on a limited budget, and the home was completely vacant. Stacy spent hours
combing through Craigslist and attending yard sales to finding enough furnishings to
overshadow not so attractive features of the house like outdated lighting fixtures and
an unconventional home design. By rolling up her sleeves and applying new paint,
replacing light fixtures, and furnishing all the main floor rooms with live plants and
furniture, Stacy was able to sell the house in only 59 days! This was 180 days faster
than the last home that sold on the street and for $5000 more dollars. Stacy ended up
saving her home sellers $12,000 by selling the home faster. Stacy s story is testament to
not only the home staging activities, but also in pricing the home properly. It s typical
for sellers to price their home higher than the fair market value for their home, but by
managing the process Stacy was able to demonstrate her expertise and guide her client s
decision and get the property sold.
