so he bears all the financial and other risks. while the manager is an employee,he works for a salary.

2. The Entrepreneur is usually involved in finding, financing, managing employees and making strategic
decision for the business. while the manager is one who oversees the day to day operation of the
business, ensuring that every process runs smoothly.

3.An entrepreneur is a risk taker who takes financial risk of the enterprise. while a manager does not
take the risk and tries to maintain the statu quo of the enterprise.

4. Entrepreneurs focus on business startups. while the manager focus on ongoing operations.

5. Entrepreneurs key motivation is the achievement of the company. while managers motivation comes
from the power that comes with the position.

6. Entrepreneurs do not need to be specialized in any particular trade, their decisions tend to be
intuitive. while managers are trained to perform tasks and are specialist in their domain, their decisions
are calculative.

7. Entrepreneurs reward is the profit they earn from the company. while managers reward is the salary
they draw from the company.

An Entrepreneur and a manager are two different persons in a company. while managers are
concerned with managing the available resources, Entrepreneurs focus on capitalizing on opportunities.
