I trust this memo finds you all in good health and high spirits. As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a productive and
positive work environment, I would like to address some concerns that have been observed recently.

It has come to our attention that there have been instances of employees arriving late to work, engaging in activities outside the
scope of their assigned duties, using mobile phones during work hours, and, in some cases, sleeping during working hours.
While we understand that everyone may encounter challenges and distractions, it is crucial for each team member to uphold our
shared values and meet performance expectations.

To ensure a harmonious and efficient workplace, I would like to remind everyone of the following expectations:

Punctuality:
Timeliness is crucial for the smooth operation of our daily tasks. Please make a concerted effort to arrive on time and adhere to
your designated work hours.

Workplace Focus:
It is important to stay focused on tasks directly related to your job description during working hours. Engaging in activities
outside the scope of work can impact overall productivity and teamwork.

Cell Phone Usage:


While we understand the need for occasional phone use, it is essential to limit personal phone activities to designated break
times. Excessive use during work hours can be disruptive to your own performance and that of your colleagues.

Remaining Alert:
Sleeping during working hours is not conducive to maintaining a productive work environment. We expect all team members to
remain alert, attentive, and engaged in their tasks.

We believe in the dedication and professionalism of our team and understand that occasional lapses may occur. However, it is
important for each of us to reflect on our behavior and make the necessary adjustments to ensure we meet the high standards
set by Arsenal Cyber Café

If you are facing challenges that may be affecting your performance, please feel free to discuss them with your supervisor. We
are here to support you in overcoming any obstacles and ensuring your success within the company.

As we have already communicated our concerns verbally and through group chat, this letter now formalizes as your Second
Warning. It is imperative to understand that subsequent infractions may result in further disciplinary actions, including
termination or suspension."
