LISEGA becomes part of the BUHLMANN Group

Dear Sir or Madam,

Since its foundation almost six decades ago, LISEGA has maintained consistent growth and
is today the world market leader in the field of industrial pipe supports.

In order to secure the long-term existence and further development of the company, the
Hardtke Foundation has decided to sell the group of companies to a suitable successor. This
was due to the fact that no practicable succession plan could be found within the family.

With the BUHLMANN Group from Bremen (www.buhlmann-group.com), an entrepreneurial

family has been selected that fits excellently with LISEGA in terms of its entrepreneurial vision,
ideals and cultural values. Subject to antitrust approval, the sale of the LISEGA Group to the
BUHLMANN Group will take place with effect from 1st January 2024.

As the Executive Board of the LISEGA Group, we are convinced that this is the logical next
step in the development of the Group.

There will be no changes in the way we work together. All contracts and agreements will
remain unchanged, as will the contact persons. If you have any questions or require further
