Kindly receive my sincere apologies for being late in the submission of the college prospectus
which is a requirement for my scholarship. I was not able to submit on time because I’ve been busy
these past few months reviewing for our Accountancy Qualifying Examination held last May 12,2023. My
mother was able to remind me to provide the said requirement on the date of the next release of
allowance which is for the month of May, as stipulated by Ms. Mylen N. Lemoncito when she released
our allowances as scheduled for the month of April, but a week after our Accountancy Qualifying Exam
was our End-term Examination which may have caused me to forget the requirement I may have lacked. I
was able to provide the said requirement last Friday, June 9, 2023 as schedule for the release of our
allowance for the month of May, but I was refused due to late submission. I realized this could have
caused some inconvenience in Alfredo G. Maranon-Scholarship Program.

I am so regretful about what happened. This will be my first and last offense and shall never
happen again in the future. Kindly accept my COLLEGE PROSPECTUS requirement attached with this
letter.
