Main Hazards :
1. Eye Contact : R 36 / 38 Cause severe burns with damage to eyes and
possible blindness.
2. Ingestion : R 34 / 35 Can cause irritation to mouth, throat,
esophagus and stomach.
3. Inhalation : R 20 / 21 /22 Inhalation of dust may damage upper
respiratory tract and lung tissue which may cause
chemical pneumonia
4. Skin Contact : Sensitivity to nickel may cause nickel-itch.
5. Other Health Effects : Chronic exposure may create general discomfort,
irritation and possible sensitization and allergic reaction.
1. Eye Contact : Flush eyes with plenty of water. Hold lids apart to ensure
flushing of entire surface to prevent or relieve irritation.
If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
2. Ingestion : Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person,
obtain immediate medical attention. If vomiting occurs
spontaneously, keep airway clear. If swallowed give
large amounts of water and induce vomiting. Seek
immediate medical attention.
3. Inhalation : Remove person from contaminated area. If breathing has
stopped, resuscitate and administer oxygen if available.

4. Skin Contact : Immediately wash contaminated skin with plenty of
water. Remove contaminated clothing and footwear.
Wash clothing before reuse. Discard footwear if it can
not be decontaminated. If irritation continues, seek
medical attention.
