Protagonist In The Sniper
The characteristics of the characters in a story are something that makes them who they
are and what you start to learn about them. In The Sniper by Liam O Flaherty, the
protagonist shoots and kills the antagonist. The two characters in the story are, the
protagonist which was the narrator (main sniper) and the antagonist (enemy sniper). The
protagonistsaves the lives of others because of his his intelligence, his determination, and
his risk taking.
The narrator s intelligence is one of his most important and most noticeable traits.
Intelligence is something that happens in almost every scene in the story. The
imagination in your mind will let you see how it goes out and turns into better. The
narrator chose to smoke a cigarette and he lit a flame and got shot. Draping flat onto
the roof, he crawled back to the parapet with his left hand he felt insured. He drew his
knife to fix the wound. (213). Here, the narrator, after getting shot, crawls back acting
like there is no pain at all leans up against the parapet (wall on a roof) and gets his knife
and cuts his sleeve off to see the wound and get the bullet out. After he got the bullet out
and rapped his cut sleeve around his arm to slow down the bleeding. The narrator, after
getting shot, he came up with a very good idea. Taking off his cap, he placed it over
the muzzle of his rifle. Then pushed his rifle slowly over the parapet until the cap was
visible. (214). Here, the narrator got shot and he wanted to see if the enemy
Reflection Of Jose Rizal Play
The play was not what I expected. The characters, the plot surpassed my expectations.
The play was excellent. It was really worth my money and time. I read about Rizal s
sacrifices but to actually see it with my eyes was an eye opener and truly moved my
heart. Reading and seeing are actually different things. I m not a fan of historical
movies or even play but this one was actually different from any other. It is a different
experience when you saw the events straight out from your history book and I was
caught off guard with the experience presented to me by this play. And, when the
audience left the hall, each one of them brought home different life lessons and
realizations on the life of Rizal.
Since we all have a background of the life of Rizal, I thought that the play was
predictable but I was really amazed with the play because you can really see the hard
work of each character, the efforts they ve put. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

We have this admiration of the work in the West that we watched their films, buy their
products, and eat their food that we sometimes lost our identity on the way. We
idolized them too much that we are blinded that ours is much better than theirs. Jose
Rizal was our national hero because he loved the country. That love drove him to
fight. The message of the play was also, fight for our freedom, fight for what we think
is right. So in every decision our government made, we must be updated as to keep us
well informed with what s happening in our society. The play is an eye opener to
every people who turned blind on the injustices and prejudices of our society. As Rizal
once quoted, Ang kabataan ay ang pag asa ng bayan , it is up to us to stand our ground
and fight. Even with the burial of Marcos, students went out and rallied. Teenagers posted
about their thoughts and opinions in the social media, standing up on their own. Rizal
placed his trust on us, and it is in our hands not to put his trust on
The Bush Doctrine
The Bush Doctrine Analysis On March 16, 2006, the White House released President
George W. Bush s second term National Security Strategy (NSS), which later come to be
regarded as the Bush doctrine. The doctrine was developed predominantly in response to
the most unforgettable day in the American history the terrorist attacks of September 11,
2001. He comes up with the two major pillars of the National Security Strategy which
consist of the promotion of freedom, democracy and also he used the globalized approach
to extinguish terrorism due to the global security. On the other hand, President
Washington and President Eisenhower emphasizes different arguments on how does that
military based global approach would be indeed beneficial and... Show more content on

The three Presidents might have their own startegy to response to any act of threat, but
we definitely know that Bush has the most viral strategy among all. Not trying to
mention that Bush s is dangerous or mischievous, but at least he has done something to
get everything fixed rather than just spending too much time thinking of it.
Nevertheless, an immediate act and response should not be neglected here. And we re
all know that Bush has completed that task eventhough Washington and Eisenhower
might have disagree with him if they were still alive. But, again, both Washington and
Eisenhower should not come into such a judgement because they were not there in the
era of Bush precidency. So they do not have any idea how does it feels like to be in Bush
shoes. They do not know how it feels to face those massive attack of terrors that has
created a huge scar to every

As IKEA is expanding rapidly around the globe, it faces a number of challenges in
terms of varied cultural, demographic and market specific needs. The one design suits
all global expansion strategy might not be suited for the culturally diverse markets, yet
the brand is perceived in a similar way by the customers around the globe exhibiting
low price as the core brand value. As IKEA expands globally, the branding strategies
