Pre Motion Requirements Adequate Failure
Respondents have satisfied Md. Rule 2 402(b) s pre motion requirements sufficient to
justify their initial failure to disclose electronically stored information. Specifically,
promptly after receipt of 50NL s subpoena, Avpro delivered its objections to the subpoena
to 50NL indicating that: [Avpro] objects to the Subpoena to the extent it calls for
information or documents that are not known or reasonably available to the Witness or
whose collection and review unreasonably burdens the Witness, a non party. . . . [Avpro]
objects to producing any documentation that is not contained within its business records.

Md. Rule 2 402(b)(2). The merits of Respondents contentions are addressed in Parts I
(B), infra. Nevertheless, the plethora of notice that 50NL has received regarding the
grounds for Respondents objection is more than sufficient so as to permit this Court to
reach the questions as to whether the requested discovery is unduly burdensome or
costly, and whether 50NL s need outweighs the burden and cost. II.The Discovery
Requested by 50NL is Unduly Burdensome and Costly, and 50NL s Need Does Not
Outweigh Avpro s Burden and Cost. The relevant inquiry in this matter is whether the
discovery requested of Avpro is unduly burdensome and costly, and if so, whether 50NL
has shown that its need for the discovery outweighs the burden and cost of locating,
retrieving, and producing the information. Md. Rule 2 402(b)(2) (emphasis added).
Notably, the plain and unambiguous text of this rule indicates that upon a prima facie
showing of undue burden or cost, 50NL must affirmatively show that its need for the
discovery outweighs Avpro s burden and cost

Further, layout of website was little tricky as there was lot of description that needed to
be put on the headers of the academic editor. Furthermore, the web development team

A Lesson Of Oppression By Nella Larsen
A Lesson in Oppression From the beginning of time and around the world, women have
been subjected to patriarchal oppression in various forms. From economic hardships
such as wage gaps or an inability to own property, to social mores such as submission in
marriage and sexual objectification, women are systematically treated as second class
citizens without a voice. African Americanwomen have faced these gendered challenges
in addition to racial discrimination in the forms of slavery, unfair taxation, red lining,
unequal access to education and derogatory media representation to name a few. Passing
by Nella Larsenportrays two African American women as main characters who
experience racial and gender oppression in various ways. Webster s Dictionary defines
oppression as: the state of being subject to unjust treatment or control, prolonged cruel or
unjust treatment or control; mental pressure or distress. Larsen s story delves into social
and feminist issues of oppression such as loss of identity, oppressiveness of marriage,
women s independence relating to women s lack of independence, the importance of
marriage in society, how raceand class function in society, and how relationships are
dictated by race, class, and gender.
Many of the issues explored in the story were likely experiences by the author herself.
Similar to the main character Irene, Nella Larsen was an African American of mixed
descent from Chicago, who lived in New York, and was married to a
Alopecia Case Studies
I have been treating Evan Daniels since 1998, when I diagnosed him with a severe case
of Alopecia areata multilocularis, comonly known as Alopecia or Alopecia areata.
Alopecia is an autoimmune mutation where the white blood cells deem certain hair
folicles as a virus and proceed to attack them. Regularly, the symptoms of Alopecia
include spots of baldness, white indentions on the fingernails, and lightened patches of
skin. This is usually not a serious disease.

However, in Evan s case, his immune system severely reacts to this mutation, causing
the rest of his body to act as if it is fighting a very severe virus, as a normal body might
react to the flu, or a severe cold. His symptoms include quick, seemingly random feverish
outbreaks, emmense
