The Author represents and warrants that the submission (Article) is his/her original
work, and the all or part of Article submitted to Journal of Library and Information
Science Research (JLISR) has not been published in any other journal or been made
available or communicated to the public on the Internet. And to the best of the
Author’s knowledge, the Article does not contain anything that infringes any third
party’s copyright or violates any academic ethics.
2. If the Article (submission) being accepted by the JLISR, hereinafter referred to as the
Journal, the Author grants a free and non-exclusive license of the Article to the
Publisher (including co-publisher) of the Journal and the Library Association of the
Republic of China (LAROC) (Taiwan) to
 publish the Article in the Journal and its derivative issues;
 reproduce and distribute the Article in printed, electronic or any other medium;
 collect the Article in its database and provides the database in electronic form
through single PC version, Internet, wireless network or any other way to
transmit the Article publicly;
 the Publisher can also sublicense its right described above to any other database
provider.
3. The Author and Publisher both acknowledge that the copyright of the Article still
remains with the Author after signing the Copyright License Agreement.
4. In addition to the above, readers of JLISR may use the articles under the Attribution-
NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) model as open access attribution.

Authors whose submissions are accepted for publishing in JLISR should download, and
sign the Copyright License Agreement letter. For co-authored articles, each author must
sign an individual authorization letter.
