=Winged Burger=

Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- Salt
- Peper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika (( optional ))
- Mozzarella cheese
- Flour
- Egg
- Salt
- Bread crumbs
- Burger buns
- Lettuce
- Ham

Directions

1. Prepare melted mozzarella by using a non stick pan


turn the heat to low medium then add your cheese
stir till melted

2. For the patty you need beat the chicken breast then
season with salt, peper, garlic powder and paprika
rub all of into the chicken breast add ham and then
mozzarella onto the chicken breast then roll up

3. Set aside the chicken breast with cheese then in


large bowl add flour water egg salt pepper garlic
powder and paprika

4. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture then add


bread crumbs in order to make the chicken crispier
and then deep fry until golden brown

5. Once everything is ready add lettuce on the bun


base then the chicken patty another set of lettuce
then our melted cheese and top it all off with our
bun lid and your burger is done and ready to
present
