RE : REQUEST FOR COPIES OF TAX DECLARATION & TAX MAP

Madam,

Greetings!

On October 13, 2023, a letter has been issued by the Chief of Cadastral Decree Section of the
Land Registration Authority, requesting the Chief of the Surveys and Mapping Division of the
DENR to verify the alleged overlapping between my client’s lot 2103, Cad 466-D, Alfonso
Cadastre, owned by the HEIRS OF ORLANDO DIMAPILIS and Lot 1-C-37, Psd-42856
covered by TCT No. 50, Lot 1-C-33, Psd-42856 under TCT No 215, Lot 1, (LRA) PSD-
E2019009089, under the name of SPS. DIONISIO ALCEDO & LUCITA ALCEDO, and Lot
2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, & 2-E, (LRA) PSD-E2020005195, under the name of SPS. BASILIO
COSA & ROSALINA COSA all located in Matabac, Sinaliw, and Kaytitinga, Alfonso, Cavite.

In this regard, may we request for the copies of Tax Declaration and its corresponding Tax Map
for the following: 1.) Lot 1-C-37, Psd-42856 covered by TCT No. 50, 2.) Lot 1-C-33, Psd-42856
under TCT No 215, 3.) Lot 1, (LRA) PSD-E2019009089, under the name of SPS. DIONISIO
ALCEDO & LUCITA ALCEDO, and 4.) Lot 2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, & 2-E, (LRA) PSD-
E2020005195, under the name of BASILIO COSA & ROSALINA COSA all located in
Matabac, Sinaliw, and Kaytitinga, Alfonso, Cavite.

Said copies of Tax Declaration and Tax Maps are needed to verify whether or not the lot of my
clients overlaps with the above-mentioned lots

Attached herewith are copies of the following for your reference:

1. Tax Declaration of the HEIRS OF ORLANDO DIMAPILIS;

2. Letter from LRA;
3. PLAN (LRA) PSD- E2020005195;
4. PLAN (LRA) PSD-E2019009089;
