Civil engineers are one of the most important professions in our world because they are the one one
responsible for creating solutions that are functional, safe and cost effective. While thinking on my future I
tried to browse on the internet and look for some website that are looking for newly graduate and license holder
engineesr for the future purposes and I saw this FREELANCER website which is mostly known website for
engineers applicants. I shared this to one of my blockmates and shared everything that I read on this website
including the job descriptions,about the client and also about the skills that the clients are looking for. As I scroll
further, I think the skills that they are commonly looking for are the one who knows how to use excel, autocads,
as well as knows how to create plans and designs. There are also communicating and writting skills that they are
looking for.

Based on my what I've read, communication and writting skills are very important for us to be
accepted on the organizations that are looking for the major that we are taking. Communication is one of the
most useful skills that each of us must have. In civil engineering, we tend to communicate with the other people,
clients, manager, engineers and especially workers. We used to give them instructions that they must follow so we
need to know how to communicate to them well. If you can communicate well, it will be more easy for the both of
you to understand each other. The other skills that is very important is the writting skills because when you're a
professional, writting emails, memo, contract and request letters are very common. If you want to be accepted
on the job that you are applying, take a deeper knowledge about these skills.
