The upper left was before adolescence and the rest of the other pictures are after adolescence.

When I
was still a kid, I was very skinny, immature, and small. I tried joining different types of gangs. During
these days I already learned how to smoke, sniff rugby, gamble, and even cause some troubles or fights
in or out the school campus. When I was in grade 7, my father introduced me to football, at first I was
really hesitant to join in their program (special program in sports) because I don’t have skills or I don’t
even know how the basics on how to play football. The football coach was my father’s close friend that is
why I was able to join in the program. During these days despite being beginner I challenged myself to
do extra works, learning basics by myself, endure any hardships and focus on how to improve. I quit
smoking, gambling, gang, and any other negative things that can be a hindrance to my improvement. I
was very passionate about football and I wanted to get a scholarship in big universities in manila like UST,
ateneo, NU, San beda or any universities that are playing in NCAA or UAAP. But then, pandemic came,
and my plans was delayed. During 2021 universities doesn’t accept athletes because they’re not sure if
games will proceed because of the pandemic. I decided to stay here in baguio and took Civil engineering
as my course because I know that football alone cannot help me or it has a slim chance that it can make
me successful. Today University of the cordilleras granted me a scholarship and I am Captain/Co-captain
of UC men football team. While reading my own explanation I can conclude that I have a HEALTHY BODY
IMAGE.
