ZONE 0
Extreme Danger
flammable substances are
present continuously or for
long periods.

ZONE 1
High Risk
flammable materials are
present occasionally. Risk of
ignitable concentrations
occurring during normal
operations.

ZONE 2
Moderate Hazard
flammable materials are less
likely, but still possible under
abnormal conditions.
