COMES NOW, the plaintiff, through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most
avers:

1. The Plaintiff admits the allegation in paragraph 5 of the answer.

2. That the plaintiff specifically deny allegations in paragraph 1,2,3,4 of the Answer as the truth of matters
is that payment provided was a mere downpayment for the utilization of the facility to which as agreed
contract of lease shall follow after said payment was issued.
3. That the plaintiff was not able to receive a letter issued by the counsel.

WHEREFORE, the plaintiff prays for judgement.

1. Order the defendant all his monetary claims as stated in his complaint;
2. Cost of suit

Other relief and remedies as may be deemed just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed
