Generation Z or GEN Z's, also known as zoomers, is the demographic generation

that follows Millennials and before Generation Alpha. Researchers and the media
use the mid-to-late 1990s as commencing birth years and the early 2010s as
ending birth years. The majority of Generation Z are the children of Generation X
or elder Millennials.
Zoomers are those people grow with most interaction with social media and less
on physical activities. Being the youngest generation in the workforce, Gen Z is
now changing things up, as all new generations tend to do. What matters most to
them is a positive work atmosphere; they want to work at a company that
supports their social beliefs, makes a difference, and provides mental health care.
Zoomers work problems mostly are less focus m ore distractions, life and work
imbalance and mental issue. Researches also tells diverse problems that gen z
workers face, A growing number of young employees are expressing weariness.
According to a 2021 Indeed employment study, workers in the millennial and Gen
Z generations were the most likely to experience burnout (59% and 58%,
respectively). The group with the fastest-rising reporting rates was Generation Z;
in 2021, 47% of Gen Z reported burnout, compared to 53% of millennials. Due to
this issues in my perspective workforce should be healthy and monitored there
inviduality and contribution should be cared at most. First is to increase
information – sharing to alleviate fears of uncertainty, show them paths to career
progression to incentive them and give them room to autonomy to get motivated.
Also introduce to them the value of physical activities and exercise these could
lessen their burnout and stress, through this they can work more precise and
healthy.
Zoomers are so much different they are more active intelligent, curios,
knowledgeable yet lack of engagement to physical activities. Ensure that
workplace issues are handled pro-actively. Because doing so will result in a
happier and more productive workplace. Additionally, your Gen Z staff will have
stronger time management skills and be able to do more tasks in less time.
