Recipe one:

The burrito extra cheesy spicy and 100%


Healthy!

You will need :

1 whole flour tortilla.


1 Avocado
A lot of grated cheese
3 tbsp of salsa.
1 tomato.
Any type of meat.
Lettuce.
1/2 chopped garlic.
1/4 chopped onion.
If you want 1 pepper.

Preparations
Put the tortilla in a pan and warm it for 35 seconds
Then cut the lettuce meat, add some oil and vinegar,
Put the lettuce and the meat onto the middle of the warm
tortilla then the salsa sauce.
Mash and cut the garlic and chop the onion and put in the
tortilla.
Peel the tomato and chop it and add some pepper and salt.
Cut and warm the pepper then add on the tortilla.
Then cut the avocado and put in the warm tortilla.
And top a lot of grated cheese in the tortilla or 3 cup.
And finally fold up the bottom, roll in the two sides.
