(i) This question paper contains 27 questions; marks are indicated against each question.
इस प्रश्न-पत्र में 27 प्रश्न है ,प्रत्येक प्रश्न के अन्त में उनके अंक इंगित हैं।
(ii) Question no.1 to 8, carrying 1 mark should be answered in one word or in one sentence.
प्रश्न संख्या 1 से 8 तक के प्रश्न 1 नंबर के है जिनका उत्तर एक शब्द में या एक वाक्य में दिया जाना चाहिए।
(iii) Question no.9 to 14 carrying 3 marks should be answered in about 50 words.
प्रश्न संख्या 9 से 14 तक के प्रश्न 3 नंबर के है जिनका उत्तर लगभग 50 शब्दों में दिया जाना चाहिए।
(iv)Question no.15 to 19 carrying 4 marks should be answered in about 75-100 words.
प्रश्न संख्या 15 से 19 तक के प्रश्न 4 नंबर के है जिनका उत्तर लगभग 75-100 शब्दों में दिया जाना चाहिए।
(v) Question no.20 to 23 carrying 5 marks should be answered in about 150 words.

Q.20. ‘’Earning Profit cannot be the only objective of business.’’ In the light of the statement, explain
various objectives of business. (5)

Q.23. Ashraf Garment pvt. Ltd. has received an order to export 20,000 special kalins from Bhadohi to
Diamond house Ltd. located in Europe. Discuss anyfivesteps that the Ashraf Garment would need to go
through for executing the export order. (5)

सछ्म हो। '' इस बयान के प्रकाश में व्यापार के रूप को पहचाने एवं इसके तीन गुण और दो अवगुणों को समझाएँ। (6)

Identify the form of business organization and discuss its three merits and two demerits. (6)

Q.25. It refers to the public enterprises brought into existence by a special Act of the parliament. The Act
defines its powers and functions rules and regulations governing its employees and its relationship with
Government departments. identify and discuss its three advantages and two limitations. (6)
प्रश्न-25 यह संसद का एक विशेष अधिनियम द्वारा अस्तित्व में लाया गया सार्वजनिक उपक्रम को दर्शाता है।
अधिनियम अपनी शक्तियों को परिभाषित करता है और नियमों और विनियमों द्वारा अपने कर्मचारियों और सरकारी
