With reference to the above, it is informed that the case is taken up for adjudication
proceedings and posted for 1st/ 2nd /3rd personal hearings before the undersigned on 30.01.2024
at 16.00 Hrs / 06.02.2024 at 16.00 Hrs / 13.02.2024 at 16.00 Hrs respectively.
02. You are, therefore, requested to appear for a personal hearing before the Superintendent
of GST and Central Excise, Range-IV, T.Nagar Division of Chennai South Commissionerate,
having his office at 692, 7th Floor, MHU Complex, Anna Salai, Nandanam, Chennai – 600035,
either personally or through an authorized representative (with a letter authorizing the person
attending the hearing on the appointed date and time mentioned above) and to produce all the
evidences upon which you intend to rely in support of your defense. In case you have not
submitted your reply for the SCN, the same may be submitted on or before the personal hearing.

03. It is also informed that, if you or your authorized representative fails to attend the
personal hearing on any of the above-mentioned dates, the decision will be taken ex-parte.
