The main program of the Festival will take place

from March 1 to 7, 2024.

The regional program for selected participants

(March 10 - 17, 2024) will take place in 26 cities
across Russia.
 About the Festival
Venue: The Sirius Educational Center was
established in the Olympic Park after the
Sirius Federal Territory, 2014 Winter Olympics.

Sochi

It is a campus-city located in the Imeretinskaya

Valley, surrounded by the Caucasus Mountains
and a unique nature reserve.

Sirius has all the necessary infrastructure

(scientific, cultural, educational) to nurture
talented youth.
About the Festival
Participants:
10,000 Russians
10,000 Foreigners

The Festival will bring together young people from

more than 180 countries. They will represent all
regions of the world - Europe, Americas, Africa, Middle
East, Asia, and Oceania.

This is an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded

peers and find new friends from all over the world.
 Children’s program
1,000 teenagers Teenagers representing various children's organizations and
associations will participate in the Festival.
500 from Russia They will enjoy a wide range of activities organized by Sirius and the

 Conditions of participation
The Festival will cover food and accomodation for the

There will be a simplified visa regime. Participants will be
