LET’S HAVE AN EGG-CELLENT TIME!

RECIPE

Basic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

 6 hard-boiled eggs , peeled


 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise, salad dressing or half-and-half
 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
 1/8 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon pepper
 12 olives slices and/or Paprika(optional)

Steps:

1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.


2. Remove egg yolks and place them in a bowl.
3. Mash egg yolks with fork.
4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper and mix together.
5. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, dividing among all eggs.
6. Arrange eggs on a serving plate or in Tupperware and cover.
7. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
8. Garnish with paprika and/or olive slices just before serving (if
desired.)

Serves 12

Note: Add a touch of elegance (or just fun) by using a pastry decorating
set to fill the eggs with the egg yolk mixture. The star pattern works well,
but have fun experimenting.
