clienta, son estimuladas de manera éptima, segin los parémetros fisiolégicos de tales fibras nerviosas;

DEDICATORIA Y AGRADECIMIENTOS

ABSTRACT
Efler is the word chosen to nominate this scientific, humanist, and educational intervention, created for
the woman, that consists of three parallel actions: (1) modified effleurage, where the tactile afferents of
group C, distributed by the distal halves of the limbs, head, neck and face of the client, are optimally
stimulated, according to the physiological parameters of these nerve fibers; (2) the client listens to a
voiceless musical backaround; (3) the client performs a specific imagery exercise, indicated by the guide.
The session time is approximately one hour and, apart from the initial instructions, there are no words
during the process or after the intervention is finished.
The purpose of efler is to lead the client's nervous system to a state of low sympathetic activity, high
parasympathetic activity, and beneficial amounts of some neurotransmitters, such as endorphins,
dopamine, serotonin and others, By means of such neurophysiological changes is intended to retract
intensity of the general syndrome of adaptation, as well as funnel a favorable conformation of encephalic
activity that manifests as improvements, both emotional and affective (treatment for anaclitic depression,
according to the Rene Spitz paradigm).
