Resolution
1. Access Transaction PT66: Open the SAP GUI and enter transaction code PT66 in the command field, then press
Enter. This will take you to the Time Evaluation screen.
2. Select Evaluation Run: In the Time Evaluation screen, select the evaluation run for which you want to display the log.
You can do this by specifying the relevant personnel number and the evaluation period.
3. Execute Time Evaluation: Click on the "Execute" button or press F8 to start the time evaluation for the selected run.
4. Display Log: Once the time evaluation is completed, you can display the log by clicking on the "Display Log" button in
the toolbar or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+L.
5. View Input and Output Values: In the log display, you will see various tabs and sections. Look for tabs or sections
that provide details about the input and output values of the time evaluation run. These sections typically include
information about processed time data, schemas used, and results.
6. Navigate and Filter: You can navigate through the log and filter the information based on your requirements. For
example, you can filter by personnel numbers or specific time periods to narrow down the log entries.
7. Export and Save: If needed, you can export the log data to a file or save it for future reference.
8. Save as variant: The time evaluation log can be customized and saved as a variant: If the log is displayed, choose
'Settings' and make the appropriate settings for the log tree, detail view, log search and global parameters. Save this value
as a variant.
