A Please follow the below given instructions about Submission (1/3)

- On the basis of the solution approach on Airtel (as discussed in the session), all participants are
now required to perform deeper analysis of the company they have selected for the entry level
assignment (test) and rehash the answers to the provided storyline (questions).

- Please submit the revised version after going through Airtel solution approach which is part of
this deck. The same is being shared for you to understand the gaps in the last submission that
you made to us, as part of entry level test.

- To prepare your revised submission, carefully go through the do’s and don’ts given in the next
slides; Construct your solution approach accordingly and submit it in a presentation (.ppt)
format.

- Also make a list of learnings, changes made over the last version and add it in your
submission.

- Date for the submission: 15th Aug’23 (Tuesday Midnight)

Best Practice Procedure

Do’s:
• Presentations should be easy to ready and should flow logically
• Structure your thoughts on a chart paper/notebook before putting them on a presentation
• Chart down how you would represent the data on a paper first and then put it on a slide
• A presentation should always have insights or impact of the content
• Be concise, use bullet points
• Write heading as a active statement (first letter should be verb)
• Always mention sources, put them at the bottom left of the slide and use arial 8
• Always use proper currency notations. For e.g.: It is never dollar, it is either USD, AUD, HKD, INR or the likes
• Currency unit should be consistent throughout the deck
Content
• Always complete a spell check at the end or before sharing the ppt with anyone
• Always create graphs on your own

Don’ts
• Do not write in paragraphs; don’t use abbreviations except the ones which are universal
• Do not use infographics unless it is self-explanatory
• Do not copy the content as-is from any sources
• Do not copy and paste graphs from reports, white papers or material available online
• Do not copy and paste impact less images
• Do not leave white spaces in the slide; need to write and fill the slide meaningfully

Do’s:
• Font style & size should be readable and consistent throughout the slide
• Font size should be between 11 points to 18 points, slide heading can go up to 24 points
• Use bold or dark color to highlight important facts, figures and keywords
• Sub bullets should start from the start of the first word in the above statement
• Slide numbers always start from “0”. Title slide is numbered 0; put them always at the bottom right corner of the slide
