Feng ‘Shui focuses on the two primary energy forces of wind and water to affect the areas of your life. Most Feng Shui interior design plans use wind chimes, houseplants, and indoor water bodies to manipulate the energy forces, Decluttering the living space and placing these small pieces of natural elements in commanding positions, can help free the good energy inside the house. Feng Shui also uses open floor plans to allow tins of natural light into the household. Light has a positive impact on daily life. In ancient times, they used Bagua maps to measure the different phases of the life force. ‘They used these grid charts to check the flow of eneray and the impact of natural light, the water element, earth element, and wind element throughout the living space. Feng Shui experts suggest using the combination of three natural colors to instigate serenity and positive energy indoors. Itis best to use light shades of lavender, blue, green, and peach for their calming effects. Itis important that a house receives abundant natural light in all its corners. Dark and desolate spaces breed negativity. inspired by Feng Shui philosophy. This is why the basic principles of Feng Shui recommend introducing natural ight and cross-ventilation. Final Thesis Architecture Project FINAL THESIS, 2016 BUENOS AiRES, 2016 Final thesis about limits between buildings and their immediate environment. The final thesis explores the dynamic relationship between architectural structures and their surrounding exterior environments, emphasizing the nuanced interplay and boundaries that exist between them, Through an examination of various architectural projects and case studies, the thesis seeks to elucidate how the delineation between the building and its exterior space can be conceptualized, redefined, and optimized. It delves into the theoretical frameworks and practical considerations that architects navigate when addressing the limits between the facade and the natural or urlban context. Key themes include the integration of sustain- able design practices in the envelopes, and the utilization of innovative materials and technologies. The thesis aims to contribute insights into the evolving discourse on the relationship between buildings and their external surroundings, offering considerations for future design endeavors in balancing functionality, aesthetics, and environmental harmony. | selected my recent architectural project, Mode Studios TV Station, as a nexus for exploration bridging the themes of my thesis and its practical application The architectural facade can be likened to the skin of a building. Much like the skin serves as a protective and defining layer for the human body, the facade plays a crucial role in defining the external appearance and character of a structure. It acts as a barrier between the interior and the external environment, offering protection from weather elements, controlling light, and influencing the building's energy efficiency. Just as the skin reflects the health and vitality of an individual, the facade reflects the identity and design intent of a building. It often incorporates various materials, textures, and design elements, contributing to the building's aesthetic appeal. The facade serves not only functional purposes, such as weatherproofing and insulation but also contributes significantly to the overall visual impact and architectural expression of the building, The purpo: is to explore language throu, of transpare in aesthetic co and responsiv and functioné This explora in light of th context andt demands a the progress < of cities. The final thesis focuses on fashion and trends, situated in the Colegiales neighborhood within the Audiovi- sual District. The project, conducted in 2015 as part of the Career Final Project class with architect Liliana Bonveochi at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism, University of Belgrano. The objective of this work is to explore a distinctive language characterized by transparency, addressing aesthetic concerns and catering to visual and functional requirements. The exploration is grounded in the context of the contemporary societal landscape, acknowledging the evolving demands associated with the progress and development of cities \Various types of transparency are examined, each influencing the character of the work and contributing toshifts in visual perception and engagement with the surroundings. The thesis delves into the study of materiales, technology, and aesthetics employed in each example, considering their interplay within the broader context The TV Station is located between the Conde, Dorrego, General Enrique Martinez and Concepcion Arenal streets in Colegiales within the Audiovisual District, which consists of 720 hectares and 550 blocks located between the districts of Chacarita, Vila Ortuizar, La Paternal, Palermo and Colegiales. Audiovisual District Colegiales grows every day. Many TV stations were installed in the area not only for their tax benefits, but also for its prime location within the capital that has good access. Dorrego Flea Market is unique in Colegiales It was created to replace an old fruit market and is very close to Channel 9 TV Studios. The Market is situated in the heart of the Audiovisual District and it is the place that concentrates al Buenos Alres city working offices with and for Audiovisual industry. Colegiales 's past is inked almost entirely to his neighbor Chacarita, having been part of what was once the famous Chacarita of Colegiales. The growth of the city is divided into two quarters of the ancient lands that nevertheless retain their original nomenclature Its very name comes from the students who were there to enjoy their holiday. Colegiales grows steadily bothin terms of housing and residential buildings, as compared to commercial Historicaly it was always a residential neighborhood of low buildings, but in recent years has raised the demand for commercial projects, especially in the corridor from Alvarez Thomas, from Elcano to Lacroze The neighborhood is on the rise and has a distinct identity Its characterized by large range of home and PH, which isa type of highly sought alter property, as well as certain new buildings with no more than 4 floors, whose projects offer loft apartments, highly sought after for offices, since they can be divided according to different needs. ‘The process of urban renewal that experienced the neighborhood is reflected in the lerge number of new housing developments stand out as a modein design that mainly targets young professionals. Lots of design shops, bars, restaurants and boutique hotels mixes avant-garde buildings with new housing and offices, in an environment where public space is transformed and grows inline with its own identity Palermo. Thus, the district adds important office buildings and new or recycled premises that are no longer limited to major arteries and give a peculiar inner movement, with plenty of possibilties to meet the needs of both residents and those who come to work or walk. ‘Added to this district is strategically located with respect to accessibility and good connectivity through public transport it is why gastronomic shops area usually located on the avenues or very close to them for a good habilitation and pedestrian movement. Solar incidence is an issue of great importance to consider before projecting, since the consolidation of the space and its location will be directly related to the orientation and position of the sun.
