cubic meters of body volume in single or double
screw configurations, offering a variety of options
like fire-controls, bin-lifters, manual-hoppers, auto-
wash amongst others.

Discharge Hopper Design

Discharge Gate opens with a press of the button.

Electric motor lifts the gate in less than 4 secs .

Timer controlled water-spray jets automatically wash down any

remnants of waste into the Refuse Collection Trucks at the end of each
discharge operation.

Each flush runs for about 20 to 30 secs and consumes approx 8 to 11

ltrs per operation.

Hygiene Features

Direct drainage of slurry water into the

gully trap eliminate the problem of
perpetaully wet and dirty floor .

Built-in Internal water flushing system

cleans the inside of the dustscrew after
every 3 or 4 discharge operation.

The flushing runs for about 10 to 15 secs

and consumes approx 11 to 13 ltrs of
water each flush.

Refuse Inlet door is normally closed.

It is open only for that few seconds when

the bin-lifter is operated , hence keeping
the smell and filt contained inside the
dustscrew .

Door is operated by electric motor and limit

switches .
