Group Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer

Mr Ashok Pandit is the Group Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at IHH Healthcare. In this
pivotal role, he is responsible for group strategy, business development, mergers and acquisi ons,
corporate structuring, investments, and divestments. His du es also include leading the transforma on
and integra on of IHH laboratories. As of May 2021, he took on the du es and responsibili es of Group
Chief Special Project Officer.

Bringing with him his 28 years plus year of experience in investment banking in Asia Pacific, he serves as a
steadfast guide, steering IHH towards realizing IHH’s vision of becoming the world’s most trusted
healthcare services network. His mul faceted responsibili es also extend to his posi on on the Board for
For s Healthcare, further contribu ng to his service of the healthcare industry.

His venerable experience includes assuming the posi on of Managing Director, Global Co-Head of
Sovereign Wealth and Pension Funds and Head of Financial Sponsor Coverage (Asia Pacific) at Deutsche
Bank AG, Singapore. During his 15-year tenure, he led deals that raised over US$100 billion in the capital
markets and was a key player in IHH’s US$2 billion IPO in 2012, which was ranked the world’s third largest
IPO of the year. During this period, he also seamlessly held posi ons like senior investment banking,
advising leading global ins tu ons and corpora ons on capital raising, mergers and acquisi ons, and
advisory and capital restructuring.

His academic purview includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Ins tute of
Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from Delhi College of Engineering,
India.
