STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS AND ENGAGEMENT

Stakeholder analysis is the process of compiling information about each and

every person who may be impacted by or will be affected by your project. Doing a
stakeholder analysis will allow you to identify all of your stakeholders as well as their
needs and expectations. Knowing the person is knowing the type of job to be done. It
is very important to build trust among stakeholders and we can do it through
stakeholder analysis. The systematic identification, analysis, planning, and execution
of actions intended to affect stakeholders is known as stakeholder engagement. The
sponsor is essential in ensuring that the business needs of important groups are
satisfied, as identified by a stakeholder engagement strategy.

Every internal person and group that the project will affect or involve is
considered a stakeholder in an organizational project. The process of identifying
these people before the project begins, categorizing them according to their
influence, engagement, and interest, and determining the best ways to engage and
communicate with each of these groups of people throughout is known as
stakeholder analysis. Most of the time, the term "stakeholder" refers to people or
organizations that are affected by, have an interest in, or a position in the project,
program, or portfolio.

Stakeholder management is the process of organizing, monitoring, and

fortifying your relationships with your stakeholders. It involves finding stakeholders in
a rigorous manner, evaluating their needs and expectations, and planning,
preparing, and executing a range of actions to engage with them. Stakeholders can
be found in the organization investing in the project, program, or portfolio as well as
outside of it. Project managers often identify stakeholders and then evaluate how
much they could help or hinder the project by taking into account various factors.

Building trust among important stakeholder groups, improving decision-making,

risk minimization, innovation, and flexibility, and enabling accurate and genuine
sustainability reporting are all advantages of stakeholder engagement. It is very
important that we give an emphasis on this certain topic a it builds the organization
that it belongs.
