ENVIRONMENTAL
ISSUE
The above picture shows the effects of fine dust in downtown Seoul, even after preliminary
measures to reduce highly concentrated fine dust were implemented. Even though the
effects of these fine dust were evident, in Gyeonggi Province, more than workplaces were
caught.
sources include soot from burning fossil fuels, such as coal and oil in boilers Rhinitis
and power plants, automobile exhaust gas, dust from construction sites, raw
materials in powder form in factories, powder components in subsidiary
material handling process, smoke from incinerators, etc.

06 Eco-friendly Dust Suppressant D-Zero
D-Zero, an eco-friendly fine dust suppressant, uses a polymer mixture to provide innovative solutions to the
growing social problems of fine dust. It shows a remarkable dust suppression effect through the agglomeration of
fine or ultrafine dust and scattering dust (mineral, soil, metal, hydrocarbon dust series), and the U.S. Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have certified D-Zero’s constituent
materials.

D-Zero is a newly developed technology and has been registered in overseas SCI-level journals.
2. Since our product can greatly lower the surface tension of water, it increases the affinity of water and hydrophobic dust.
3. Because it contains natural substances that agglomerate fine particles into large particles, it reduces the possibility
of agglomerated fine dust being blown by the wind.
08 Eco-friendly Dust Suppressant D-Zero
Environmental safety : D-Zero has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
Environmental and the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) and is made using materials in food, medicine,
safety and cosmetics, and also, in Korea Testing & Research Institute’s (KTR) environmental, toxicity
and safety evaluation tests, the fine dusts with D-Zero were “barely detectable”.
