curative care across all major healthcare touchpoints.

We have the ability to provide App-based Daily Wellness, Fitness Sessions, Nutrition-tied with Rewards
program, Health Risk Assessments Including Risk scores and category division, EAP Program (Emotional
Wellbeing), Tele-Consultations with GPs, Specialists and super specialists across 20+ verticals, OPD Benefits
Program- Doctor clinic/hospital appointments, Diagnostics, Pharmacy etc. for Group, Add-on and Rider
products, Annual Health Checkups across corporates and Insured user base and more. We have over 1.8
million users across 280+ group clients, 15+ Insurers and 20+ NBFCs.

Description:

● This is a discount product that shall be provided to users exclusively through Visit & Policy Bazaar
● You can avail an exclusive flat discount of Rs 25k, 15k, 5k or depending on the hospital type you are
choosing on Select Hospital Maternity packages across our network.
● This maternity discount can be availed by someone who is at least 14 weeks pregnant
● There shall be no upper cap in availing this discount in terms of pregnancy period.
For eg: You can also avail or sign up for this discount even if you’re 8 months pregnant (Except-
MotherHood Hospital).
● The patient gets a Maternity package at a discounted rate from ONLY the partnered hospital
● The discount is applicable on Normal, cesarean and Instrumental deliveries at the partnered Centers

Note: Emergency care not available (Emergency here means that last minute registrations to avail
discounts shall not be covered)

General Conditions:

● This discount is available on the Hospital designed packages & Visit is a mere facilitator of getting
this discount processed through the partner hospitals in our network.
● Before registering with the hospital, the patient needs to register with Visit for this discount since
Visit has to facilitate the processing of their applications/forms at the hospitals.
● Room Tariffs & Drug consumables strictly depend from hospital to hospital and vary within hospitals
as well in the form of different packages. Visit shall only provide this discount on packages that the
user chooses at these hospitals. The packages shall solely depend on the hospital.
● The hospital shall advocate/market their packages directly to the consumer or the consumer can
check these from hospital websites/portals post informing Visit about their interest towards this
program.
● Post natal process is not covered within the scope of this package
● This discount voucher CANNOT be clubbed with any other offers or discounts
● The discount will not be applicable on any other hospital offers/ seasonal discounts

○ Type B: Where customers can avail INR 15K discount on select partner hospitals
○ Type C: Where customers can avail INR 5K discount on select partner hospitals
○ Type D: Where customers can avail discount in % on select partner hospitals

Special Condition for MotherHood Hospital (Exception)

Motherhood Hospitals, have specially designed and created a special package for the Visit Retail users, the
discount will only be applied on this special package. (Details have been provided in the special conditions)

● Motherhood Hospital:
○ ‘New Customer shall mean’
○ A patient who is not registered with Service provider
○ The flat discount or coupon shall be applicable to that New Customer who falls under the
category of less than 14-week pregnancy
○ Flat discount or Coupon shall mean a New Customer will avail a discount of Rs. 25,000/- on
Maternity Package i.e. (Rs. 1,30,000/-) for Normal, C-Section, Instrumental.
 How to use:

● The policyholder on policy issuance will receive an email with a form link
● The policyholder needs to fill out the form and share the preferred hospital within 7 days from
receiving the Email
● 30 days before hospitalization, the user needs to connect to Visit Health Post enrolment (Filling out
the form), Visit Health will connect with the user for final confirmation on the maternity package and
hospital enrollment.
● Visit Health will share a Unique ID with the patient and the hospital post that.
● The Unique ID will be shared on a coupon, which then can be presented at the hospital to avail the
benefit
