Sir, I SHANKY JAIN (ADVOCATE), Resident of Chamber No. 222, Civil Side, Tis
Hazari Court, Delhi-110054, Ph. No. 9312869696 wish to seek information,
under the RTI Act, 2005. The information needed pertains to the CBSE BOARD,
as per details given below
Kindly provide the Details of below mentioned person:
Name: Salak Ram (Aged About 50 Yrs)
Post : Teacher at Govt. Girls Sen. Sec. School (GGSSS) CBSE BOARD Sabhapur,
Delhi
School Id: 1104011

1. When and by which notification, Mr. Salak ram has been appointed as

teacher in the Department?

2. In which school he is presently posted? Since when he is posted in the

said school?

3. What is his designation in the school he is employed at present?

4. Kindly provide details of all designations of his service, since his

appointment

5. What are the criteria and condition for the transfer of teacher from one

school to another school?

6. What is the maximum period for which a teacher can be served in one

school?

7. Whether Mr. Salak ram got transferred since his appointment (If yes

then please provide details of the transfers)

8. What is the duration of tenure he served as Exam in charge and

admission in charge at present school?

9. Whether there is any complaint (Oral or written) received against Mr.

Salak Ram ? (If yes, provide details)


10.Whether any kind of departmental action is taken against Mr. Salak Ram

11.Whether any other criminal case or civil case is pending against the Mr.

Salak Ram which is in the knowledge of the School?

12.Whether the Head Of school has any knowledge that he is involved in

any kind of scam or working with any syndicate which is involved in any

scam? (If yes, kindly provide the details).

13.What is the exam fees and academic fees of students which is

fixed/decided by NIOS

14.Whether it is in the knowledge of the Department or head of the school

that the Government Girls Senior Secondary School (Sabhapur, Delhi) is

charging more fee then the fee which is decided by NIOS or whether

they received any such complaint?

15.If Department or school of the Head received any such complaint of

charging more fee, then what kind of action is taken by the Head of

School or the Department

If the information sought is not related to your department/office, then taking

cognizance of Section 6 (3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, please

transfer my application to the concerned Public Information Officer within a

time period of five days and in this regard please inform me also.
Also, while providing information under the provisions of the Act, the name

and address of the first appeal officer must be mentioned.
