PROJECT TO IMPROVE

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN
EMPLOYEES IN A COMPANY
■ Communication at work seems like an easy
task since we are in contact with our
colleagues to address a large number of
issues such as: solving problems, assigning
tasks, reviewing project progress, giving
and receiving feedback about performance,
among other activities.

■ However, the question we almost never ask


ourselves is: are we communicating
efficiently?

■ Establishing an effective communication


system in an organization is not as easy as
it seems, but it is the key to consolidating
the productivity and competitiveness of
the team. For this reason, today we did a
small project showing four ideas to
improve communication between
employees of a company.
