Topic: Smoking Policy

We are writing to inform you about our new smoking policy. We value all of our employee’s
health as a part of our commitment to provide a healthy work environment.
I. Smoke-Free Workspace
Our company facility, both indoor and outdoor will be set to be a smoke-free areas.
II. Smoking Room
To support an employee who smoke, we will make a specific smoking room which is
distance from an office. And this area will have an ashtray to make sure that we have a clean
and safe environment.
III. Electric Cigarettes and Vaping
We will also use the same policy as the traditional smoking. We only allowed you to smoke
in the Smoking room that we provided.
IV. Support Smoking Cessation
We prepared a support and information about smoking cessation to help everyone who would
like to quit smoking. You could find all the support at our Human resources department or
dial Human resources to ask for support.
We believe that by all this policy will create a healthier work environment for everyone.
If you have any question or need further clarification about the smoking policy, please feel
free to ask to the Human Resources Department.
