ABSTRACT ‘The study was conducted from May 2022 to August 2022 at the experimental area of CVAARRD Isabela State University, Echague, Isabela to determine the nutrient composition and potential hydrogen level of corn (Zea mays) silage harvested on various days after planting (DAP). The experiment was laid out following the Complete Randomized Design as follows: T; — 45 DAP, T: ~ 60 DAP, Ts - 75 DAP and Ty — 80 DAP. The result of the study is summarized as follows: crude protein show significant result. However, the analysis of variance shows not significant differences with respect to the crude fiber percent of com silage. On the other hand, the moisture content of corn silage Tevealed not significant result. Significant differences were noted on the pH levels. ite aia Based from the result, the pL level of futient composition and potential hydrogen level af corn stlape harve «Lon various days after planting the Freatment band 2 has the Iighest crude protem, and the highest pl level obyerved on the treatment 1 Based from the result of the study, 60 days after planting is within the range of good quality silage. Thus, iC: recommended that feeding, (nal for the produce be undergone and further studied to obtain a more conclusive result te Keywords: com silage, crude protem, erule fiber, moisture potential hydrogen, “Mays
