change rapidly based on circumstances.

experience in various situations.

Remember we can control our feelings and


emotions to make it easy, but we need do it with
practice and good habits.

Happiness
Example: "I feel so happy when I spend time with my family."

Sadness

Anger
Example: "I can't help but feel anger when someone repeatedly interrupts me."

Excitement
