Motivational factors in my organization which is customs department that influences my

current motivation are recognition and rewards. Recognizing and rewarding outstanding
performance can significantly motivate me. This could include financial incentives,
promotions, or simple acknowledgment for a job well done. Next is, work-life balance.
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is crucial for motivation. I feel that my personal
lives are respected and that i have time for their families and for my studies.
Furthermore, performance feedback. Regular and constructive feedback helps me
understand my strengths and weaknesses. It's an opportunity for improvement and
growth, which can be motivating.
