(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in Rajpatra (e- Gazette), Himachal Pradesh. Substitution of rule 71 2. For rule 71 of the Supplementary Rules (hercinafter referred to as “said rules”), for the words “eight _ kilometers”, wherever occurring the word “thirty Kilometers”, shall be substituted.
